Hello & Welcome to Pawsitive Vibes Pet Spa!

We were the areas only groomer specializing in professional de-sheds and large breed grooms! Sam is an internationally certified pet groomer who has worked in the animal industries her entire life. Growing up on a farm outside of Moundville, she naturally began work as a veterinary assistant right after graduating high school. Following that passion, she achieved her veterinary assistant certification and then went back into the field, serving the Butler and Nevada areas after college. From there, she fell in love with the art of grooming! She began her grooming studies under Joy Waters at the federally registered and internationally accredited pet grooming career training institute: JKL Academy. This diploma certified program allowed her to learn about 300+ dog breeds and their grooming styles. After graduation from the program, Sam enjoyed the creative opportunities that grooming provides. She has had the privilege of grooming not only many dog breeds, but also cats and horses! For show or for leisure, she dedicated her life to sharing her skills with families from many backgrounds.

Clients drove from all over to experience the pawsitive difference for themselves. Being certified matters. She guaranteed a clean and safe environment. She is certified in Pet CPR and understands the needs of the nervous and the elderly. Her compassion for all animal friends is unmatched. Clients could rest assured that their furry family members were in good hands.

After 7 beautiful years of grooming for Vernon County and surrounding communities, Pawsitive Vibes Pet Spa closed its doors in May 2025. It was truly an honor to serve the families who provided undying support for our family for so long. These furry friends and their humans became such an important part of our lives and saying good-bye did not come easy. We are happy to continue to offer guidance to those needing pet care advice or to help families find their new groomer. Thank you for trusting us with the lives of your fur-family.
